LG Unveils First Triple-Mode TD-SCDMA/GSM/WCDMA Handset

LG has announced that they will roll out what is claimed to be the world's first 3G handset compatible with TD-SCDMA, GSM, and WCDMA. Developed by LG's Chinese RD center, this handset uses the TD-SCDMA LCR chip from LG's partner Commit while incorporating LG's commercial technology for WCDMA handsets.
